Known Issues

  • Play Store does not work
  • The Google assistant does not work.
  • “This is the last automatic software and security upgrade statement” can safely be ignored since this will not prevent subsequent updates.

Testing

Please test and log issues on https://github.com/arnoldthebat/chromiumos/issues. Ensure you tag the issue with the ‘Alpha’ tag as well as detailing the version of the build the issue was found in. When detailing the version, please use the tag with version of the build you are testing against. For example, for this build, use the tag: ‘R78-12476.0.2019_09_29’

  1. I tried to update using the above command one, I get Update failed, current operation is UPDATE_STATUS_IDLE, last error code is ErrorCode:: k0mahaErrorInHTTPResponse(37)

    I’m currently on 60.0.3112.102 (Developer Build) (32bit)

    Any suggestions?
    Thank you,
    Gary

  2. This is the ONLY place Ive found an image of any sort that includes support for the 8723b. Its an infamous wireless card by the looks of things. Will be giving it a go soon, thanks very much.

  3. I’ve got two questions:
1)Why does my laptop boot only on build 69 or earlier? I try to boot the latest ones but it just gets stuck on ”booting image a” or b or the other ones.
    2) Is it possible for you to build a special build based on real chrome os and not on chromium os?
